Reporting directly to the Software Development Manager, the role collaborates closely with the wider development unit to produce dependable, high-performance technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete designated development duties on schedule and according to quality benchmarks.
- Organize and carry out assignments following provided guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with established programming standards.
- Conduct unit checks and participate in integration testing to guarantee system dependability.
- Ensure proper code commits to prevent accidental data loss.
- Track and service development tickets, guaranteeing proper follow-up times for requests and issues.
- Troubleshoot, research, and fix technical problems effectively.
- Fulfill assigned duties strictly based on provided instructions, specifications, and workflows.
- Exchange knowledge to help continuously upgrade software, utilities, and coding practices.
- Comply with internal workflows, quality benchmarks, and security rules.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a Degree relating to Software Engineering, Computer Science and Information Systems, or an equivalent credential.
- Demonstrate 2-3 years of practical industry background.
- Possess solid understanding of Angular and HTML.
- Show sound technical familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.
- Holding an OCA/OCP certification acts as an added advantage.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication, solid organization, and excellent time-management skills.
