Role Overview

goFLUENT is looking for a Business Integration Consultant to join their integration team and help major global corporations connect learning and talent systems with company solutions. The successful candidate will manage integration projects from inception to completion, which includes understanding client needs, defining solutions, coordinating implementation, testing, and supporting deployment. This position involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements from clients into distinct integration solutions.
  • Advise and consult clients regarding the optimal integration approaches for goFLUENT solutions with platforms like LMS or ATS.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, customer success personnel, project stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain clear understanding of requirements.
  • Assist sales and customer success divisions during the solution design phases of client projects.
  • Direct international integration projects through all stages, covering requirement collection, solution definition, testing, and release.
  • Partner with internal and external project managers, technology experts, and partners to facilitate flawless execution.
  • Assist clients and internal personnel in identifying and troubleshooting integration challenges, escalating to technical specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communication and progress tracking across all stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge internally to improve team awareness of integration procedures and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of background working in project management or a comparable coordination function.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and multi-tasking proficiency.
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and analytical problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication competencies.
  • Ability to engage confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete professional fluency in English.
  • Preferred attributes include background in administering or connecting LMS or LXP systems, familiarity with SAML or OAuth, comprehension of APIs and technical documentation, basic technical or coding knowledge, and proficiency in French or German.
