Role Overview
Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to assist key financial tool users and facilitate smooth operational workflows. The professional will serve as a bridge between the business operations and IT sectors, configuring application parameters and validating software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and usage assistance for banking financial tools and accounting applications.
- Act as the primary communication link between end users and the IT department.
- Collect business requirements and formulate detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
- Execute user acceptance testing to validate system implementations.
- Engage actively in assigned project management tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting with IT, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional background in a comparable position, software development lifecycle/IT, or acting as an IT Business Analyst.
- Demonstrate robust analytical capabilities alongside intellectual curiosity.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, encompassing both spoken and written communication.
- Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach within an information systems context.
