Software for Humanity LTD is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Field Scout for Onboarding DODOGO Partners. In this capacity, you will travel across Mauritius to engage with various local businesses, including guest houses, residential apartments, cafes, restaurants, clinics, auto workshops, and car rental providers, bringing them onto the company platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities involve proactively seeking out potential partners in the field and presenting the platform’s advantages for business growth and customer reach. You will guide partners through registration, help collect necessary paperwork, support initial account activation, and answer basic operational questions. Additionally, you are expected to build professional relationships with business owners, fulfill weekly onboarding quotas, and submit regular feedback regarding market insights and field activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must own a private car or motorbike for travel and hold a valid driver’s license for that vehicle. Previous background in customer engagement, marketing, or field sales is preferred. The role calls for confident face-to-face communication, self-motivation, target-driven time management, and a professional appearance. Understanding the local Mauritius service and hospitality market is considered beneficial.
